One of my most favourite things to photograph are horses
They are such beautiful creatures.
When I was in grade four, my dad asked me what I wanted for my birthday. I said I wanted a horse.
My dad laughed. “Where are you gonna put it?” He said. “It costs money!”
Needless to say I never got my horse.
I realized as I became an adult how expensive it is to keep a horse and how costly it could be.
I wouldn't have known the first thing about taking care of one.
So now I just settle for taking photographs of these beautiful animals.
I took this photo at a horse farm in Hanmer.
I pulled over and spotted some horses. As I walked over to the fence, he came over to see me.
This is in Valley East. I added a texture to it to give it an aged look.
I took these ones at the Rodeo in Chelmsford last summer. It was a very rainy day.
